Gorakhpur : Get their cards made for the needy who do not have ration cards. No one has to wander for treatment. There is a system of free examination, treatment and medicines in government hospitals. If someone is suffering from serious illness, then the process of estimate should be completed expeditiously for government financial assistance in his high level treatment. The government is standing on the foundation of the resolution of public welfare, so there should be no laxity in the works of public welfare. Public problems should be resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

These instructions were given by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to the officials after listening to different types of complaints during the public darshan called at Gorakhnath temple. In the public darshan organized in front of Mahant Digvijaynath Memorial Auditorium located in the temple premises, the Chief Minister spent about two and a half hours among the complainants. He himself reached the people sitting on the chairs. He listened to their problems very leisurely and assured them every problem would be resolved. In the Janata Darshan, the Chief Minister listened to the complaints of about one thousand people. A large number of these were women, especially from the minority community.

A woman from the minority community pleaded with CM Yogi to get employment citing her poor economic condition. Also told that he does not even have a ration card. The Chief Minister assured him that a ration card would also be made and arrangements for work would also be made. Regarding this, he also directed the officers on the spot. Another minority woman pleaded for financial assistance for treatment. The CM assured him that the treatment would not stop due to lack of money. Funds will be made available as soon as the hospital estimate is received. Some of the complainants complained of land being encroached upon by rioters or obstructing the construction of houses. On this, the attitude of CM Yogi became strict. While instructing the police officers, he said that those who encroach on the land of any poor should be taught a harsh lesson. If someone is getting construction done on his land, then legal action should be taken against those who create unnecessary obstacles.

The Chief Minister said that the child must be sent to school for a better future.

The Chief Minister assured every complainant that no one needs to worry during his time. It is the priority of the government to solve all their problems. While caressing the children who came with their families in the Janata Darshan, the Chief Minister gave them chocolates. Asked about his studies. One child told me not to go to school. On this, the Chief Minister while explaining to his mother said that for a better future, the child must be sent to school. Along with free education, the government has made arrangements for bags, copy-books, uniforms, shoes and stockings.
