Three Roommates Murdered in Virginia: Suspect Alyssa Jane Venable Arrested
Alyssa Jane Venable is a 23 years of age woman and she is accused of the killings of her three roommates. As per the reports shared by the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office, the three victims were in their 60s or 70s. The report further claimed that this crime event happened on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in the night. The deputies of the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office reportedly responded to an address in Fredericksburg in the night after receiving a call about the violence there. During the welfare check round, deputies discovered three people dead in the house. The three victims including two men and a woman, were all in their 60s or 70s. The preliminary investigation report claimed that all three victims were roommates and they were found dead with apparent injuries.

As per the reports, Alyssa Jane Venable was arrested on Thursday after a high-speed chase in New York. Confirming the arrest of the prime suspect, the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office also stated that Alyssa Jane Venable was caught with the help of the New York State Police and the United States Marshals Service. The high-speed pursuit between the police and Alyssa Jane Venable started on Thursday evening at around 5:45 PM on I-86 in Steuben County, NY. The suspect was driving in the Gray 2009 Honda Civic which also matched the description of the suspect’s vehicle leading to a high-speed pursuit.
It is also said that suspect Alyssa Jane Venable did not stop the car when police tried to stop her and she even crossed the speed of 100 mph during the pursuit.
