Istanbul: Turkey rejected US condolences for the Istanbul blast. Turkey blamed Ankara for the attack on a banned Kurdish militant group.

According to Turkish media, Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said in his statement after the attack “We do not accept the American Embassy’s message of condolence. We reject it. “He said that the Kurdistan Party was part of the attack.

It should be noted that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan often accuses Washington of supplying weapons to Kurdish fighters in northern Syria, whom Ankara considers “terrorists”.
