In view of the increasing danger, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Health Department Arun Kumar Singh has issued a warning to the Deputy Commissioners of all the states. the hospitals in the state have been instructed to identify such patients and keep track of the data every day.
Tell such patients who have problems like cold, cough, sore throat, fever for a long time, after identification, samples should be collected and tests for Flu, Covid and Adenovirus should be carried out. Its causes can be seen in many areas. But it is not confirmed whether it is the Influenza A virus or a simple problem.
They are told that in the instructions given to the Deputy Commissioners, they were asked to ensure that essential things like beds, medicines, beds, oxygen are available in the hospital. All areas have been instructed to create awareness of this infection. The Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratory at RIMS, Ranchi and MGM, Jamshedpur have been designated for influenza testing.
