A weekly public hearing was organized at the Rewa Collectorate Auditorium. Here Additional Collector Neelmani Agnihotri and Deputy Collector Sanjeev Pandey heard 66 applications received from the public respectively in the public hearing held on Tuesday. On the spot, the Additional Collector has directed the concerned officers to submit the report after sensitively disposing of the applications received from the public hearing.

In the public hearing, Divyang Vinod Sen applied to increase the riser pipe in the hand pump of Majhigwan village. The Additional Collector directed the PHE Executive Engineer to increase the riser pipe in the hand pump in three days. Village Padar, a resident of Kalua Yadav, applied for demarcation of land and removal of illegal possession. He directed the Additional Collector Tehsildar Mauganj to take action in the case.

In the public hearing, Subhash Pandey, a resident of Sura village, applied to pay the land acquisition amount for construction of canals. The Additional Collector instructed the Executive Engineer Water Resources Division Keoti to take action in the application. A Ramphal resident of Barhadi village applied for removal of illegal encroachment from the common road. ADM Tehsildar Raipur Karchulian directed to take action after visiting the spot.

Raza Mohammed, a resident of Padua village, applied to remove the encroachment made by illegally installing a submersible pump in the government hand pump. The Additional Collector directed the PHE Executive Engineer to register an FIR in the matter and take steps to remove illegal encroachment from the hand pump.

A resident of Nilesh Kol, Diha, applied to remove illegal encroachment from the land given for the Chief Minister’s residence. He directed the Additional Collector Tehsildar Mangawan to take action in the case. A hearing was held on treatment, assistance, pension, compassionate appointment and other applications at the public hearing.
