Lahore: The Punjab Land Records Authority has issued a notification regarding the cancellation of contracts of 4 intelligence officers based on unsatisfactory performance.

According to the details, four intelligence officers were recruited by the Punjab Land Records Authority in 2022, Chingiz Akhtar, Muhammad Imran, Muhammad Aslam Shahzad, Shakeel Ahmad, who were serving in Gujarat, Gujranwala, Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan and were on test

During the performance review by the managers, the contract was recommended by the Head of Intelligence Section as the performance of the officers recruited on contract was unsatisfactory. On the report of the Head of Intelligence, four intelligence officers were terminated and dismissed from their posts. While the officers of the intelligence wing with a good performance will continue to carry out their departmental affairs as usual.

Punjab Land Records Authority Director General Saira Umar says dereliction of duty will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Providing transparent and timely services to the people is the first priority. He emphasized the need for all staff to work diligently, adopt discipline and establish a professional attitude so that Palra can be stable as an organisation.
