Two band members from Maharashtra rendered mesmerizing hymns in front of Baba Mahakal at Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple on Sunday. During this, the devotees who came for Darshan also listened emotionally to the bhajans on the band. After performing before the deity, the band joined in the flag raising ceremony.

Bands from outside also join for the moving ceremony that comes out of the Shri Mahakaleshwar temple on the occasion of Rang Panchami. Even on Sunday, before the flag hoisting ceremony of Shri Mahakaleshwar began, more than 50 members of two bands from Maharashtra were allowed by the temple committee to present the band from the barricade behind Nandihal in front of Lord Mahakal. During this, the members presented melodious bhajans to the tune of the band’s music. Those who came to have darshan of Baba Mahakal were also mesmerized while listening to the bhajans given by the band. During the presentation of about half an hour, many famous bhajans were presented to the tune of the music. After performing in the temple, the band members from outside took part in the flag raising ceremony.
