Seven people, including three women, were injured when a car full of passengers collided with a lorry on Bichiwada Road late on Tuesday night.

Late Tuesday night on Bichiwada Road, a car full of passengers was hit by a speeding lorry coming from the front. Seven people, including three women traveling in the car, were injured in the accident. The injured have been admitted to Dungarpur Hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.

The accident took place near Balwada of Kotwali police station area. Auto driver Gala Katara said that the police station was coming towards Dungarpur with a passenger from the village on Tuesday night. On the road, near Balwada, he was dropping the passengers from the car. During this, a speeding truck coming from Dungarpur hit the car. The truck did not stop even after the collision and fled.

Auto riders Sushila Gameti, Harish, Rahul, auto driver Gala, brother-in-law Katara, Sumli, Anita were injured in the accident. A 6-year-old child suffered head injuries in the accident. While, Harish was seriously injured. Nearby villagers arrived at the scene of the accident.
