Patna : In Bihar, now one will not have to go out of the house to get the map of the land, and one will not have to visit the government offices. Now by paying only a fixed fee, you can order a map sitting at home in the same way as an online order is made to order company goods. The Department of Revenue and Land Reform will deliver the map home within three days in a sealed box by express post. Any person can order a maximum of five maps at a time.
To order the revenue map online, people must first go to the Directorate’s website dlrs.bihar.gov.in and click on the doorstep delivery icon. After clicking, you will get five options. After choosing the option, you will have to order the map of your destination by following the instructions. One sheet map will have to be paid Rs 285 online. This fee includes container and postage charges. One will have to pay Rs 435 for two maps, Rs 585 for three, Rs 785 for four and Rs 935 for five maps.
Payment can be made online through all major banks. Banks will not charge extra. Along with online payment, an acknowledgment receipt will be displayed on the computer screen which can be kept safe for future reference.
