Mother with one-and-a-half-year-old daughter jumps into river, commits suicide due to family dispute – Tarun BharatNews WAALI

Kolhapur: A married woman committed suicide by jumping into a river with her one-and-a-half-year-old son due to a husband-wife dispute. The deceased were identified as Ruksar Anis Nishandar (26 years old) and Umar Anis Nishandar (one and a half years old both originally from Pattankodoli, Distt. Hatkanangle, now in Res. Rankala Tower area, Kolhapur). After the incident happened on Monday afternoon (13th), the firemen removed the two bodies from the ranch at around 8:30pm.

Meanwhile, Maher’s relatives demanded that a case be registered against her husband Anis Anwar Nishandar and her mother-in-law Sairabanu Anwar Nishandar. While some father-in-law’s relatives came to CPR to receive the body, there was tension between the two groups for some time.
