The officials of the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) arrested him on October 17, 2015, in the night at around 8:50 PM. Reportedly, CNB nabbed Azwan in the car park of Blk 629 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4. Reportedly, when the police arrested him they recovered three packets of drugs from him.
