Kidnapped youth released from Pune in Parthhani – Tarun BharatNews WAALI

A 25-year-old youth who was preparing for the competitive exam was kidnapped from Pune by 5 to 6 people on Saturday night. During the investigation, the police have rescued this youth from Parthhani.

The released youth has been identified as Baswant Madhav Gaikwad (25, a native of Nanded). This young man was abducted from an Ertiga car by five to six people near Mhatre bridge in Dattawadi area while he was going home from Janak Abhyasika around eleven on Saturday night. Baswant’s maternal uncle Shivling Dingbar Gaikwad (30, Chimbli, Khed, Pune) had lodged a complaint against 5 to 6 unknown persons at Vishram Bag police station. As soon as the complaint was filed, senior police officers visited the spot and started searching for the accused. During the investigation, it became clear that the kidnappers’ car was from Nanded. For that purpose, the police have sent two or three teams. Meanwhile, this young man was safely rescued from Parthhani.

The reason for the abduction is unclear

The anxious youth is a native of Nanded and had come to Pune to prepare for the competitive examination. He had entered Pune two days before the incident. After that, he was abducted on Saturday night and the police started looking for him. During the investigation, it became clear that the hijacked car belonged to Nanded. Accordingly, two or three police teams were deployed and they rescued the youth from Parthhani. However, the reason behind the abduction is still unclear. Assistant Police Inspector M.
