  5. Congress, Communist Party of India, Marxist Communist Party, Janata Dal (United), Shiv Sena (UBT), Rashtriya Janata Dal, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Aam Aadmi Party, Indian Union Muslim League, and many other parties have signed the letter.
