Lahore: Islamabad Police present at Zaman Park in Lahore to arrest Imran Khan Police have used water cannon and tear gas to disperse PTI workers. The workers throw stones at the police and 2 policemen are injured because of that. The police have started to arrest some of the protesters, and Rangers have also been called.
A heavy contingent of Islamabad and Lahore police has taken control of Zaman Park outside. The police have arrived at the gate of Imran Khan’s home, and the workers have dispersed because the police are using a water cannon.
Protesters prevent police from reaching Imran Khan’s home. There are also reports that stones have been thrown at the police by the workers, and sticks can also be seen in the hands of the workers.
