On Tuesday, the Special Sessions Judge sentenced the two accused to life imprisonment while hearing a case of gang rape of a minor four years ago in Shahpur police station area. Media cell manager Manoj Verma said in the information that in the year 2019 at Shahpur police station, after picking up the minor from the road out of the village, he escaped after gang rape under the bridge.

A complaint was lodged with the Shahpur police along with the minor relatives. On the complaint, Shahpur police have registered a case under section 376, 376 (D), 366, 341, 506, 34 Bhadvi, 3, 4, 5, 6 protection of children from sexual offenses against accused Mahendra alias Bisru father of Pyarelal Yadav , Sandeep alias Golu Giri father of Manglesh, police station Janhangirabad district Bhopal Act 2012 Section 3(2)(V), 3(1)(w)(2) registered the offense and presented the challan in the court.

Hearing the case, the Special Judge sentenced the accused to imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs 1000 each as soon as the charge was proved.
