Additional Sessions Judge Rajendragram, the 26-year-old son of the late Mahatma Singh Gond, to the accused who entered the house and murdered the woman by calling her a witch. When he intervened, Mahatma Singh started hitting him with a stick, then ran away. When he came back after some time, his wife Hariyarobai was dead. On the complaint of the woman’s husband, a case was registered at the Karanpathar police station and after all the investigation, the charge sheet was presented in the court, where the court sentenced the crime after being found proved.
