The trial period should be for 1 year only once in the entire service period and the trial period should also be added at the time of determination in the normal pay scale. Teachers and heads of institutes should be given monthly internet allowance and Android phones. The ban on the transfer of teacher cadre should be removed immediately. Included are demands that teachers should be released from all forms of non-academic work including BLO immediately.
