Korba (New World Representative). In Bendarakona village near the city, the death of seven cattle in a single day has created a commotion in the village. Officials of Animal Husbandry Department reached the spot and informed. There is a fear of death if you eat crops that have been sprayed with pesticides. Officials say that the facts will be known only after the post-mortem report.
The villagers went out to look for the grazing cattle every day. In the evening some cattle were found dead and some scattered on the banks of the village pond. At this time the cattle were watered but could not be saved. With this, the villagers provided information for the development of livestock. The department officials may have destroyed the pesticide sprayed crops as the cattle foamed at the mouth. Villagers say that no medicine was sprayed even where cattle died. SP Singh, Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry Department, said that a postmortem was conducted for the dead cattle. The information about the death will be known only after the report is received. Keeping in mind the pests of the crops, chemical pesticides are being sprayed on the crops these days. In this case, farmers want to provide security to their cattle.
