Bees, Leading News Service: An opportunity to visit ISTRO and NASA is available for Zilla Parishad school students. For this, the result of the district level examination was announced on Monday night (13). 33 students have been successful in this and most of these children come from wadi and slum schools. These children are now going to visit NASA and ISTRO.
The tour is organized so that deserving students studying in Zilla Parishad schools can visit ISTRO and NASA and get information about the research work going on there.
For the selection of students for this tour, a mock examination was conducted at the district level after the taluka level. 110 students took part in this. 33 students have been selected and all these children are from Zilla Parishad schools located in rural and remote areas. CEO Ajit Pawar, Additional CEO Vasudev Solanke, Education Officer Shrikant Kulkarni announced the results on Monday evening. This includes 14 girls and 19 boys, including 7 in class V, 9 in class VII and 17 in class 8. The trip of these students will be organized soon.
