Ambikapur (New World Representative). Chhattisgarh Health Department is preparing to implement new service conditions for filling up third and fourth grade posts. Open recruitment for divisional cadre posts but concerned employees are transferred at divisional level. If recruitment is done on the basis of district cadre then the transfer will also be done at the district level. The health department has taken this decision keeping in mind the difficulties caused by posting in urban areas instead of posting in scheduled areas after completion of the job. The process for this has also been started.

Health Minister TS Singh Dev said that along with Ambikapur Medical College, approvals have been received for filling up many posts in four medical colleges of the state. Applications are also invited under the recruitment process for Ambikapur Medical College, but now it may be delayed. Health Minister TS Singhdev said that the system will improve further if the local youth are given an opportunity in the 14 districts of the Scheduled Area of Chhattisgarh. Shortage of human resources will be eliminated. Locals are not getting proper opportunities due to open recruitment.
