Call Ajmer and Alwar stations of North Western Railway have been awarded the Healthy Eating Station Certificate. It is noteworthy that Jaipur railway station got the state’s first proper dining station status and 5 star rating from FSSAI some time ago.
Under the leadership of Vijay Sharma, General Manager, North Western Railway, all food business operators were selected and empaneled at Ajmer and Alwar stations for standard catering quality on North Western Railway and availability of FSSAI food license/registration was ensured. Deficiencies were rectified as per the pre-inspection checklist and hygiene, cleanliness, nutrition $food value, temperature maintenance, availability of healthy and seasonal food, bio-analysis of edible oil used in kitchen desalination etc. were provided to all supervisors and those who handle food. ■ experiments began to make diesel. Successful attempts were made for this certificate by all the food licensees of Ajmer and Alwar stations.
