A US restaurant, called Heart Attack Grill, recently came under scanner after it gave away free food overweight dinner Several viral videos on TikTok and other social media platforms show potential customers lining up outside the controversial restaurant in Las Vegas to see if they qualify for a free meal at a giant weigh scale. As per the viral claims, anyone with a weight of 158 kg or above was eligible for this offer.
Soon after the videos went viral, social media became abuzz with people around the world criticizing the a restaurant for his dangerous offering, and other harmful services.
A user wrote, “ONLY in America you will have a restaurant called ‘Heart Attack Grill’. If you’re over 350 pounds, you eat for free. Dawg they got a burger with 40 slices of bacon…wtf?? That is why so many Americans suffer from obesity and death by heart disease is very high.”

“One of the greatest crimes of US civilization – the ‘Heart Attack Grill’ in Las Vegas is responsible for killing at least four patrons with obesity only. They sell among other items the 20,000 calorie ‘Octuple Bypass Burger’,” added another.

Established in 2005, this restaurant is renowned for its high standard.calories and unhealthy food options on the menu. With a controversial hospital theme, it refers to its customers as patients with waiters dressed as doctors and waitresses dressed as nurses. If this wasn’t enough, customers are supposed to change into their hospital gowns after placing their orders.
Some of their dishes include the Single Bypass Burger, the Octuple Bypass Burger, Flatliner Fries, and Butterfat Milkshake. Their food items are available in “Single,” “Double,” “Triple,” “Quadruple,” “Quintuple,” “Sextuple,” “Septuple,” and even “Octuple Bypass” orders. Basically, if such food items are eaten frequently, they can increase one’s chances of suffering from heart attack. While patients unable to finish their meals are subjected to brutal injections, finishing a Triple or Quadruple Bypass Burger will give diners the chance to be placed in a wheelchair and taken out to their vehicle by their “nurse personal”.
Several cases of death and illness have been reported in relation to eating the food served by this restaurant. Despite repeated criticism and complaints, Heart Attack Grill thrives on controversy as a marketing strategy.
